Alexandra Mateus

Alexandra Mateus possesses extensive experience in human resources, specializing in recruitment, selection processes, training, and employee development. Currently serving as Consultora de Desarrollo y Selección at MetLife Colombia since March 2021, Alexandra's responsibilities include recruitment through various platforms, conducting interviews for managerial and administrative positions, and managing compliance indicators. Previously, Alexandra worked as an analista de RRHH at Clickip Soluciones Tecnologicas and Farma de Colombia, overseeing recruitment and employee development initiatives, including the design of promotional processes and well-being activities. From March 2015 to September 2017, Alexandra served as Líder de Selección at Grupo AccionPlus, leading a team to fulfill recruitment needs for numerous national clients in the financial and health sectors. Alexandra holds a Specialist degree in High Management and Organizational Communication from Fundación Universitaria del Area Andina and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Colombia.
