Philip Morrissey

Philip Morrissey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the AVP of Enterprise Learning Solutions at MetLife since March 2006. Philip has led the strategy, creation, and execution of global learning initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational capability and employee engagement. Notable achievements include managing a team to design and implement an eight-week virtual program for over 4,600 Directors worldwide. Previous roles include managerial and advisory positions, where Philip developed talent management strategies, built relationships within HR and business leaders, and created blended learning solutions for clients such as The Home Depot and AT&T. Philip holds an M.S. in Instructional Technology/Adult Learning and a B.S. in English Education from Illinois State University.
