Derrick Odom

Derrick Odom has over two decades of experience in diverse roles within the transportation and media sectors. Since November 2004, Derrick Odom has served as a Supervisor at Metric Engineering, Inc., supporting the Florida Department of Transportation at the Regional Transportation Management Center. Concurrently, Derrick Odom has held the position of Traffic Anchor for Total Traffic & Weather Network, delivering traffic updates for CBS/Fox Action News in Jacksonville. Derrick Odom's prior experience includes roles as Weekend On Air Talent at Cox Radio and Morning Anchor/Traffic Reporter at Metro Networks, where efficiency in reporting was paramount. Additional experience includes an IT Help Desk position at British Airways and a managerial role at Disc Jockey Music Stores. Derrick Odom holds a degree from the University of South Carolina Aiken, completed between 1988 and 1991.
