Nate Brown is an experienced leader in customer experience, currently serving as the Head of CX Advisory at Metric Sherpa, providing consulting and training to enhance customer interactions. As a co-founder of CX Accelerator since November 2017, Nate has been instrumental in advancing customer experience initiatives. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Affiliate Call Center at Broadcast Music, Inc. and Senior Director of Customer Experience at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc., where Nate focused on CX transformations and building learning and development practices. Nate also held the position of Chief Experience Officer at Officium Labs and built various customer support and training programs during a lengthy tenure at UL. Nate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Toccoa Falls College.
