The Management and Strategy team at Metro is responsible for overseeing operations, formulating strategic initiatives, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to advance Metro’s mission. This includes leading climate programs, managing key applications and facility services, conducting audits, handling procurement, and facilitating communication across departments.
