Charlène Paquin

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and leads care plans and patient bedside education.
