Rose Mulvany Henry

Rose Mulvany Henry serves as the Vice President of Regulatory & Legislative Affairs at Metronet since October 2021 and is a board member of the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Rose founded Rose Henry Law, providing legal services until December 2021, and worked as a Development Consultant for Reaching Out From Within from April 2019 to March 2020. Rose's extensive legal experience includes serving as Counsel at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP from 2006 to 2018 and as in-house Counsel at Sprint for a brief period in 2006. From 2000 to 2006, Rose held various positions at Birch Telecom, ultimately serving as VP of Legal & Regulatory Affairs, and started the career as a Telecommunications Analyst at the Kansas Corporation Commission from 1998 to 2000. Rose holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Kansas.
