Jeff B.

Jeff B. is an experienced professional in the field of information security, currently serving as the Director of Information Security at the Metropolitan Utilities District since June 2013. With a focus on addressing cyber security challenges with a forward-thinking approach, Jeff has also contributed to the Cyber Security Advisory Committee at Metropolitan Community College since December 2017. Previous positions include Lead Cyber Security Specialist at Omaha Public Power District, where responsibilities encompassed regulatory compliance, security hardware and software implementation, and project management. Jeff's extensive background in information protection includes roles at Commercial Federal Bank, DST Technologies, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Jeff holds a Master's in Business Administration from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
