Shannon Kaidoo-Patrick

Shannon Kaidoo-Patrick currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Career Development at MJHS since December 2021, having previously held the role of Director of Learning & Career Development at Elderplan Inc from January 2015 to December 2021. Shannon's extensive experience includes positions such as Director of Health Plans Learning & Development and Assistant Director, Project Management Office & Health Plans Learning & Development. Prior roles include Manager at HighPoint Solutions, Affinity Health Plan, Healthfirst, and Sovereign Bank, as well as Branch Manager at Independence Community Bank. Shannon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College in December 2002.
