Jess Costagliola

Jess Costagliola is an accomplished professional in the field of costume and wardrobe management, with extensive experience spanning various prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Director of Design at Nassau Community College since September 2020, Jess has contributed to numerous productions including "Midsummers Night Dream with puppets" and "Urinetown." Additionally, work as a Dresser for the Metropolitan Opera began in March 2023, alongside roles at the Blue Man Group and UBS Arena, where Jess has supported high-profile events such as "Disney on Ice" and "Cirque de Soleil - Crystal." Previous positions include Costume Shop Manager at TheatreWorksUSA and Head of Wardrobe at John W. Engeman Theater, showcasing a strong foundation in both technical theatre and fashion design, backed by a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Purchase College, SUNY.
