Nikki Jones MCMI, AssocCIPD is an experienced Learning and Organisation Development professional with a strong track record in project management and organizational improvement. Currently serving as the Learning & Organisation Development Project Manager at Metropolitan Thames Valley since March 2018, Nikki oversees the implementation and continuous enhancement of L&OD projects aligned with business strategy and the People Plan.
