Marissa Decker has extensive experience in customer service and communication roles, currently serving as an Administrative Clerk in the Field Dispatch department at Metropolitan Utilities District since May 2015, where exceptional service is provided to customers experiencing gas and water emergencies. Previously, Marissa worked at PayPal as a Universal Risk Appeals Advocate, educating new customers and fostering relationships that leave lasting impressions. While at the University of Missouri, Marissa interned in social media and graphic design for Mizzou Volleyball, and served as Vice Chair of Communications for the Griffiths Leadership Society, coordinating communications and engaging with students. Additional experience includes roles as an Outreach Speaker and Financial Aid Clerical Assistant at the University of Missouri, as well as a Customer Advocate at Bath & Body Works. Marissa holds a degree in Interactive Advertising from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has furthered education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
