Valerie Lowder

Valerie "Joy" Lowder, PMP, ITIL v3, has extensive experience in knowledge management and customer relations, currently serving at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since January 2016. Prior to this role, Valerie worked at L-3 from 2009 to January 2016 as a Customer Relations Manager-Project Manager, overseeing communication and relationships with customers at the US Army Information Technology Agency. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Creative Windows from 2005 to 2009, managing payroll and accounts payable for 16 employees, and as Customer Service Manager at HEB from 1993 to 2004, where responsibilities included customer service, inventory control, and financial management for 20-30 employees.
