Alex Encarnacion

Alex Encarnacion has extensive experience in project management and leadership across various companies. Currently serving as the PMO Unit Manager (Internal) and PMO Director (External) at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California since January 2019, Alex previously held the position of Managing Director at FMT Consultants from June 2016 to December 2017. Prior roles include Services Director at Rock Solid Technologies, MCA (LATAM) PMO Lead at Microsoft, IT/Automation Lead at Eli Lilly, and Project Manager at Oracle. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from Loyola University New Orleans and has studied at Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
