Juan Garza is an accomplished director and principal with extensive experience in water services and government affairs. Currently serving as Director for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and Central Basin Municipal Water District, Garza also leads Six Heron, LLC. Previous roles include Director for the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts and Mayor/Council Member for the City of Bellflower. Garza has held significant positions in organizations such as the League of California Cities and the California Contract Cities Association, and served as Senior Vice President at Englander Knabe & Allen. With operational expertise from Republic Services and government relations experience at the Port of Long Beach, Garza holds a Master’s in Public Policy & Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from California State University, Long Beach, along with a certificate in Urban and Regional Studies.
