Pedro Farinha Pereira

Pedro Farinha Pereira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and sustainability within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Responsável pelo ONS at Organismo de Normalização Setorial, Pedro has held key positions at Metropolitano de Lisboa since 2017, promoting innovation and overseeing transformational projects. Previous roles include Director of Environment and Quality, where responsibilities encompassed quality and environmental management systems, energy efficiency, and non-financial reporting. As President of Comissão Técnica de Normalização CT 148 and a member of the fiscal council at Agência de Energia e Ambiente de Lisboa, Pedro actively contributes to standardization and energy initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Management and an Executive MBA from ISCTE Business School and INDEG-ISCTE, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Energy and Power Systems Engineering from ISEL.
