Inmaculada Rey Pinillas

Inmaculada Rey Pinillas is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Group Head of Talent Acquisition and Planning and Head of Talent Acquisition Europe at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc since April 2016. Prior experience includes a tenure at DuPont from April 2009 to February 2016 as a Talent Acquisition Senior Consultant for EMEA and Staffing Team Leader, where leadership of strategic talent acquisition initiatives and management of staffing operations across multiple countries were key responsibilities. Earlier roles at Convergys involved similar staffing leadership and HR management responsibilities. Inmaculada holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in English Philology and has earned two Master’s Degrees in English Philology and Modern Languages from the Universidad de Oviedo and the University of Bradford, respectively.
