Jannete Chan

Jannete Chan is an experienced professional in IT and HR transformation with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of HRSS Transformation at Zuellig Pharma Malaysia since May 2023, Jannete previously held significant positions including Regional IT Director for Asia at Crawford & Company, where responsibilities encompassed IT infrastructure planning and innovative solution deployment. As Director, IT Hub APAC and CIO Asia at The Adecco Group, Jannete led IT service deliveries across multiple Asian countries, focusing on strategic IT planning, cybersecurity, and compliance. Earlier roles at Novartis included managing a Global ERP Software development factory and facilitating digital transformation in HR processes. Jannete's career also includes senior positions at BASF, where project management for SAP ERP transitions was a key focus, and at Colgate-Palmolive, with emphasis on supply chain projects and systems integration.
