Shannon Fisher

Shannon Fisher possesses extensive experience in benefits management, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since February 2017, after previously holding the position of Benefits Manager. Prior to this role, Shannon worked at Emerson Network Power for nearly a decade, contributing as Benefits Manager and Benefits Supervisor. Shannon's career in the benefits sector began at Sterling Commerce, Inc., followed by a position at Memorial Hospital of Union County as Benefits Coordinator, and earlier experience as a Benefits Specialist at The Scotts Company. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, awarded between 1993 and 1998.
