Zach Walrath

Zach Walrath is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in executive and sous chef roles. Since October 2020, Zach has served as Executive Chef at Metz Culinary Management. From 2011 to the present, Zach has worked as a Sous Chef at The Florentine, while also holding the position of Executive Chef at ESquared Hospitality, The Florentine from April 2015 to October 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Executive Chef at The Wit Hotel in Chicago from February 2009 to October 2011. Zach holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, a Le Cordon Bleu affiliate, earned between 2006 and 2008.
