Hemant Godhwani

Hemant Godhwani is currently serving as the VP of Corporate Finance, IR & Treasury at Mews since May 2024. Prior to this role, Hemant spent over a decade at J.P. Morgan, progressing from M&A Investment Banking Analyst to Executive Director, with a focus on technology investment banking in the software, hosting, and cloud sectors. Hemant's experience includes significant involvement in M&A advisory, fundraising for tech start-ups valued over $1 billion, and training junior analysts. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at CRISIL, where Hemant conducted in-depth analysis of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises financing landscape in India. Hemant holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.
