Kasia Fima

Kasia Fima, CPCC, currently serves as the Director of GTM Enablement at Mews since May 2024. Fima has extensive experience in sales enablement, having held positions such as Director of Sales Enablement at Okta and VP of Sales Enablement at Birdeye. Additional roles include Director of Global Sales Enablement and Sales Development at Dynamic Signal, along with managerial responsibilities at Workfront. Active in professional organizations, Fima is a member of Sales Enablement PRO and Revenue Collective and has served as a Chapter Officer for AA-ISP. Possessing a strong educational background, Fima holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation, a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development, and degrees in Applied Linguistics and languages from institutions in the UK and Poland.
