Guy Pickett

Guy Pickett is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in process engineering, specifically in the semiconductor and solar energy sectors. Currently a Process Engineer at Meyer Burger Technology AG since April 2024, Guy has previously held roles at SWIR Vision Systems and Cree, where responsibilities included R&D and process development for LED products. Prior experience includes senior engineering positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and mechanical engineering at Lucifer Lighting, alongside roles in process/system engineering at Mission Solar Energy. A graduate research assistant at Arizona State University, Guy contributed to solar cell fabrication and efficiency optimization. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, coupled with military leadership experience as a Mortar Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps.
