Abid Akbar

Abid Akbar is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the FMCG and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager of Sales at Mezan Group since May 2018, Abid oversees sales operations for Ghee, Oil, and Tea in various channels. Previous roles include National Sales Manager at Fauji Fresh n Freeze, Head of Key Accounts at Riaz Bottlers (PepsiCo), and National Key Account Manager at Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan. Abid has a strong background in developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building high-performing teams. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration from the University of the Punjab and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from Government College University, Lahore.
