Meghan Taylor

Meghan works in the CEO Office ensuring the acquisitions in West Africa. Prior to joining MFS Africa, Meghan was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Johannesburg. She spent nearly 15 years with BCG, working across North America, Africa, Europe, and Asia. At BCG, she partnered with and led executive-level client teams through transformational change, including strategic growth programs and operating model transformation. Meghan has a strong passion for people development and diversity & inclusion initiatives, and served as the leader of BCG's women's network in Johannesburg and San Francisco, as well as a career development advisor. She holds a BS from Wharton and an MBA from Kellogg. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time outdoors, practicing yoga, reading, travelling, and playing soccer.
