Craig Chamberlain

Craig Chamberlain is a highly experienced corporate finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Corporate Finance Director at MHA since April 2014, Craig provides expert advice on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs, fundraising, valuations, and corporate restructurings. Craig also holds a position as a member of the Corporate Finance Group at MHA. Previous roles include Principal at HardwickeChamberlain, Partner at Solution Corporate Finance, and Associate Director at MacIntyre Hudson. Craig commenced the corporate finance career as a consultant at Deloitte & Touche and progressed through various managerial roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in corporate finance qualifications from ICAEW and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, complemented by a BComm from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
