Rob Dawes is an experienced professional in transaction services and corporate finance, currently serving as a Partner at MHA following the merger with MHA Moore and Smalley in April 2024. Prior to this role, Rob held various leadership positions, including Partner in Transaction Services at MHA Moore and Smalley, Director at Grant Thornton UK LLP, and Assistant Director in Corporate Finance at BDO LLP. Rob's career also includes significant experience at Grant Thornton Australia and KPMG, focusing on recovery, reorganisation, and due diligence across various sectors. Rob earned a BSc(Hons) in Economics & Finance from the University of York and attended Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School.
