Alicia Arkulary-Montoya BBM, MSOL is an experienced professional with a strong background in housing, community development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at Mi Casa Resource Center since December 2021, Alicia previously held the role of Manager of Housing and Community Development for the City of Aurora, focusing on affordable housing and support for small businesses. Alicia’s career also includes positions as Compliance Officer and Management Analyst II with the City and County of Denver, where analysis and outreach for small business programs were key responsibilities. As Self-Represented Litigant Coordinator for the State of Colorado, Alicia provided essential assistance to litigants navigating court processes.
