Rochelle Martin

Rochelle Martin is an experienced HCM professional with a strong track record in PeopleSoft implementations and upgrades. Currently serving as HCM Lead for Miami-Dade County since February 2019, Rochelle manages various functional areas including HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Time and Labor during the analysis, design, testing, and deployment phases. Prior roles include Senior Consultant and HCM Functional Tower Lead at Omaha Public Schools, Senior Consultant focusing on Benefits Administration for the State of Connecticut, and Senior Consultant for HR and Benefits Functional Lead for the State of Wisconsin. Additional experience encompasses roles at HSBC, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Tribune Company, Learning Care Group, Navistar Inc, and Northern Trust, primarily as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant. Rochelle holds a degree from De La Salle University.
