Andrea Bethza Pesántez

Andrea Bethza Pesántez is a highly experienced architect with a strong background in project design and management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Designer at Michael Graves Architecture & Design since February 2022, Andrea has worked on notable projects such as the U.S. Capitol Building Grounds and the Dream Charter School. Previous roles include Project Architect at Ted Moudis Associates and Project Architect/Designer at Mills + Schnoering Architects, where Andrea contributed to significant developments like the MetLife Building and projects under RFR and Greenland Capital. Andrea began as an Architectural Designer at John Furth Peachy, Architect, with additional expertise in New York City zoning and building codes. An alumnus of New Jersey Institute of Technology, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Architecture, magna cum laude, and is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture.
