Prior to joining the company, Patrick's real estate career was focused in management where he held leadership positions in successful real estate offices in New York and California, and over the course of his career, he has personally sold over 1100 homes. Patrick has always enjoyed working closely with agents in business planning, coaching and training, and understands the importance of a cohesive, collaborative team. He holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate, Realtor Institute designations.

A native of upstate New York, Patrick enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, golfing, skiing, and fundraising for the Children's Miracle Network. He has a genuine love of the Sarasota area and takes pride in sharing his knowledge with agents, buyers and sellers.
