Kathryn Todd

Kathryn Todd, M.Ed, currently serves as a Program Officer at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation since June 2022. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Associate Director of Programs at Breakthrough Central Texas from August 2018 to March 2022, where Kathryn also worked as a Program Coordinator. Earlier experience includes roles as an English Second Language Teacher at Foundation Communities and YMCA España, as well as marketing and operations leadership at We Rock the Spectrum - Austin. Kathryn began a career in management with Enterprise Holdings, progressing from Management Trainee to Assistant Branch Manager. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University (2023-2026), a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The George Washington University (2019-2021), and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Knox College.
