Virginia Potter

Virginia Potter is an accomplished Senior Programs Director for US Programs at the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, where oversight includes management of over 200 national projects with annual investments exceeding $50 million. Over the years, Virginia has held various leadership positions, such as Portfolio Director for both Central Texas & Greater Boston under the Pathways to Prosperity initiative, focusing on K-12 education and workforce development. Notably, Virginia played a key role in launching the $100 million Hurricane Harvey Rebuild Texas Fund and contributed to international efforts in Cape Town, South Africa. Previously, Virginia served as Director of Product Marketing at Holt McDougal, where strategic marketing initiatives led to significant financial growth and successful project launches. Virginia holds an MBA in Global Business from St. Edward's University and multiple degrees in Spanish and Romance Linguistics from the University of Virginia.
