Anand Raj

Anand Raj is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in mechanical engineering and design. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Michelin since February 2019, Anand has progressed through various roles, including Lead External Geometry Designer and R&D Engineer. Prior to this, Anand worked at L&T Technology Services Limited as an Engineer and Associate Engineer, and contributed to the development of an electric-powered vehicle at Mean Metal Motors as a Mechanical System Engineer. Anand also completed an internship at the National Thermal Power Corporation, focusing on power plant operation and efficiency improvements. Anand holds a Master of Technology in Engineering Design from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, complemented by hands-on experience in automotive design through involvement with Formula Manipal, a project dedicated to designing a formula-style race car.
