Deepti Madan is an experienced Learning, Development & Local Competency Manager for Michelin, overseeing the Learning and Development initiatives for the Africa and Middle East regions since January 2010. Prior roles at Michelin include Regional HR Development Partner and HR Ops Manager, where responsibilities encompassed workforce planning, recruitment, and project management, including the establishment of the Michelin headquarters in Dubai. Prior experience includes roles at Waterman International, Dubai Aerospace Enterprise, DHL, the World Bank Group, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and the International Finance Corporation, with a focus on HR management, project coordination, and policy development. Deepti holds a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from the Birla Institute of Management Technology.
