Jill Goulette has extensive experience in employee and customer experience management, currently serving as Head of Employee Experience NA at Michelin since September 2006. Previously held roles at Michelin include Director of Customer Experience for B2B, Customer Experience Manager for Large Truck Tires, Recruiting Marketing Manager, Corporate Recruiting Manager, and Digital Solutions Manager, where responsibilities encompassed candidate experience, marketing, recruiting, and launching digital properties. Prior to Michelin, Jill served as Director of Marketing at BI-LO Center from May 1998 to August 2006. Jill holds a BS in Journalism from Ohio University and is a graduate of Hudson High School.
