Juan Navarro-Aguilera

Juan Navarro Aguilera has served as a Supply Chain Shop Planner at Michelin since September 2018, where responsibilities include drafting weekly production and delivery plans, conducting tactical business analysis, and updating inventory standards. Previously, Juan held roles within Michelin as a Machine Operator (Tire Builder) and a Michelin Manufacturing Scholar. Additional experience includes serving as Floor Set Lead at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. and as Assistant General Manager/RPP/CPP at Advance Auto Parts. Juan also contributed to Spartanburg Methodist College as a Pioneer Peer, helping new students transition. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management/Entrepreneurship at Spartanburg Methodist College, Juan also holds an Associate's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a certificate in Manufacturing Engineering Technology.
