Rufus Stephens Jr

Rufus Stephens Jr has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as a Wholesale/Car Dealer Specialist, Key Account Manager, and Area Sales Manager at Michelin since February 2016. Additionally, Rufus worked as a licensed health and life insurance agent at Insphere Insurance Solutions and was a successful head coach for the Michigan Mnarchs, achieving 4X AAU Michigan State Champion status. Rufus's career also includes multiple roles at Pepsi Beverages Company and Pepsi Bottling Group, focusing on key account management and territory development. Rufus earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Morehouse College between 1984 and 1988.
