Sharon Channing

Sharon is an Associate Licensed Conveyancer in the Private Client team and a member of the New Homes Conveyancing team. She acts for clients in the sale, purchase and mortgage of freehold and leasehold residential property, and also assists clients in areas such as adverse possession, rectification of boundaries, easements, etc.

Sharon looks after any shared ownership/right to buy transactions where Michelmores have been asked to act on behalf of the buyer.
