The Legal and Compliance team at the Michigan Health & Hospital Association provides expert legal counsel and regulatory guidance to ensure that the association and its member hospitals operate within legal parameters and maintain high standards of compliance. They manage hearings and appeals, represent the MHA in legal matters, and support legislative advocacy efforts to protect quality, cost-effective, and accessible healthcare.
