Tammi Cervantes

Tammi Cervantes is a legal assistant at the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center, a position held since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a project fellow with the Michigan Student Power Network, a constituent services intern at the Executive Office of Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and a front desk receptionist at Michigan State University's Office of Cultural and Academic Transition. Additional experience encompasses a public policy internship with the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators, team captain for the Michigan Gubernatorial Campaign for Abdul El-Sayed, and various leadership roles in community and educational settings. Tammi holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a pre-law focus from Michigan State University, completed in 2020.
