Tiffany Belcher

Tiffany Belcher currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the Michigan Infrastructure Office after joining the State of Michigan in December 2022. Previously, Tiffany held the position of Global Head of Leadership Development at Wayfair, where strategic leadership was provided to the development of approximately 4,300 leaders and the growth of 18,000 employees. At Rocket Central, Tiffany was the Divisional Vice President of Learning & Development, overseeing a team responsible for training more than 10,000 employees. Earlier roles at Rocket Mortgage included Director of Operations for Learning & Development and various instructional design positions. Tiffany's career began at Citi, processing residential home loans. Academically, Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in English Language - Professional/Technical Writing from Eastern Michigan University.
