Thor Rollins

Thor Rollins has extensive experience in the medical device field, currently serving as an Assistant Instructor for a medical device toxicology course at Michigan State University since May 2024. With a long tenure at Nelson Labs starting in September 2002, Thor has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Global Market Segment Leader for Medical Device, where responsibilities included evaluating market strategies and enhancing customer awareness of offerings. Prior roles at Nelson Labs involved managing the toxicology and extractable & leachable group, underscoring a strong foundation in developing Biological Evaluation Plans and conducting safety assessments for medical devices. Thor's early career included work as a therapist at Southeastern Idaho Developmental Agency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics from Idaho State University and an Associate of Science in Biology from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
