Alyse Martinelli

Alyse Martinelli is a Trustee at Michigan Women Forward. Alyse has also served as Senior Vice President Human Resources and General Counsel at The Reel Health Network and Holcim.

Alyse has a long history of working in leadership positions where they provide advice and counsel on legal, business, and human resource matters. Alyse has been instrumental in helping businesses prepare for exponential growth, navigate through global mergers and acquisitions, and implement strategic collective bargaining processes.

Under their leadership, employee engagement has improved 100% in key drivers, and they have successfully implemented calibration tools to identify and develop current and future talent. Alyse is also exceptionally proud of developing and launching a veteran’s hiring program that surpassed aggressive goals within six months of launch.
