Lena Dixen

Lena Dixen currently serves as a Board Member at Micro Matic since June 2022 and has been with the LEGO Group since January 2012, progressing through various senior leadership roles. Dixen holds the position of Senior Vice President for the Product Group Core Businesses, overseeing global P&L and contributing to the strategic direction of product, brand, and marketing initiatives. Previously, Dixen was Senior Vice President for Product Group 1, setting innovation direction, and Vice President of Marketing for Preschool and Girls segments. Early career experiences include roles at LEGO System A/S, Euro RSCG, and Bang & Olufsen A/S, showcasing expertise in marketing and business strategy. Dixen holds a Master of Arts in Business Communication and Public Relations from the European University and continues education at INSEAD.
