Stacy Skaalure

Stacey Skaalure, PhD, serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Bolder Foods, where leadership in R&D focuses on non-dairy cheese development through biomass fermentation. With a strong background in alternative proteins and food technology, Stacey operates Skaalure Consulting Services LLC as Principal Consultant and provides technical guidance and project management expertise for various companies and investors.
