Clayton Monroe

Clayton Monroe is an experienced professional currently serving as the Physical and Dimensional Team Lead at Micro Precision Calibration since April 2021, responsible for leading metrology tasks and maintaining lab efficiency. Prior to this role, Clayton held positions as a Metrology Technician III-V, where calibration of various test instruments and compliance with customer requirements were key responsibilities, and as a Mechanical Technician Level 1 at FedEx Ground. Clayton's background includes a tenure in the US Navy as a Radioman on a submarine, extensive experience in product development at Qualtronics, and assistant managerial duties at Zaharakos Ice Cream Parlor. Clayton is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University, building on academic foundations in general studies from IUPUC and Ivy Tech Community College.
