Harutyun Melikyan

Harutyun Melikyan is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the field of radiophysics and electronics, currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff and Principal Engineer at Micron Technology since December 2017. Prior to this role, Harutyun held various engineering and leadership positions at SEMES from July 2011 to November 2017, focusing on impedance matching networks and high-power RF/plasma etcher development. Experience also includes a stint as a Research Professor at Sogang University, where work involved microwave sensor design, and a position as a researcher at the Institute of Radiophysics and Electronics of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences. Harutyun completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Radiophysics and Electronics at Yerevan State University in 2006.
