Ali Powell is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in customer success and cloud solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success for Digital and App Innovation at Microsoft since March 2006, Ali oversees the Customer Success Organization in the Southwest, focusing on enterprise strategy and customer adoption of Microsoft cloud technologies. Previous roles at Microsoft include General Manager of Customer Success and Chief Technology Officer for the West Region. Prior to Microsoft, Ali held positions at Deloitte as a Sr. Architect/Designer, Citigroup as Vice President of Development, eCal Corp. as Regional Vice President of Technology, and Universal Studios Hollywood as Senior Application Programmer. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Bellevue University.
