Kailash Kayastha

Kailash Kayastha is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in data center operations and technical solutions. Currently serving as a DC Ops Program Manager at Microsoft since April 2017, Kailash leads a team managing 24x7 onsite data center operations and oversees IT resources in the US South Central region. Prior to this, Kailash held various roles at Nationwide from September 2005 to April 2017, including Solution Engineer and Lead Consultant, where responsibilities involved designing resilient technical solutions and collaborating on technology roadmaps. Earlier career experiences include web administration at Jackson National Life Insurance Company and system administration at ABC Virtual Communications. Kailash holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
